Company introduction

A practical partner
for drilling projects.

Heavy Rig is a China-based drilling equipment and parts solutions company serving mining, quarrying, construction and geotechnical projects.

We help international customers turn working conditions into a clear equipment brief. By reviewing geology, hole requirements, terrain, production targets and local operating constraints, our team identifies suitable drill rig families, configurations, drilling tools and support options.

Our equipment portfolio is developed or supplied through selected manufacturing partners. Beyond machine selection, we coordinate configuration review, factory inspection, parts identification, export documentation, logistics and after-sales communication—giving customers one practical point of contact from enquiry to delivery.

01Complete equipment

Surface, underground, anchor, foundation and geotechnical drilling solutions.

02Parts & tools

Model- and part-number-based identification for selected drilling equipment.

03Project support

Configuration, inspection, documentation, delivery and lifecycle coordination.

04International focus

Clear supply scopes and export workflows for customers across global markets.

Our perspective

Selection starts
at the jobsite.

Heavy Rig is a drilling equipment and parts solutions company. We begin with geology, hole requirements, access and operating constraints—then connect those conditions with a suitable rig, configuration and support plan.

Why Heavy Rig

Built for buyers who need
clear answers—not guesswork.

We connect site requirements with selected equipment and manufacturing resources, then keep configuration, inspection, parts and delivery in one coordinated workflow.

01

Requirement-led selection

We narrow the options using geology, hole diameter and depth, terrain, drilling method and production target.

02

Flexible supply routes

Instead of forcing one model, we compare suitable equipment families and clearly define the proposed supply scope.

03

Configuration support

Compressor demand, drill tools, dust collection, rod handling and optional systems are reviewed around the jobsite.

04

Pre-dispatch verification

Model, configuration, visible condition and ordered accessories can be checked against the confirmed quotation before shipment.

05

Parts identification

Our team uses machine model, part number, markings, dimensions and photos to reduce compatibility errors.

06

One delivery contact

Equipment, documents, packing, logistics and after-sales coordination stay connected through one project workflow.

How we create value

From requirement
to reliable delivery.

01

Understand the work

Application, geology, hole range, terrain and production requirements form the brief.

02

Configure the solution

We compare suitable rig families, drilling systems, options and supply routes.

03

Support the lifecycle

Inspection, parts identification, logistics and after-sales coordination keep the project moving.

Buyer FAQ

Questions worth asking
before you order.

Every quotation should make the equipment identity, supply scope and delivery responsibilities easy to verify.

Discuss your project
01Is Heavy Rig a manufacturer or a trading company?

Heavy Rig is a drilling equipment and parts solutions company. Equipment is developed or supplied through selected manufacturing partners under defined configuration and quality requirements. The manufacturer, brand, model and exact supply scope are identified in the quotation.

02What information do you need to recommend a drill rig?

Please share the application, rock or soil conditions, target hole diameter and depth, drilling angle, site access, altitude, required production and preferred drilling method. Photos or a hole plan are especially useful.

03Which types of drill rigs can you supply?

Our scope covers selected surface DTH and top-hammer rigs, underground mining equipment, anchor and geotechnical rigs, foundation drilling equipment and associated drill tools and parts.

04Can the machine be configured for our project?

Yes, when the selected model supports it. Typical discussions include engine and emissions requirements, compressor capacity, rod sizes, dust collection, cold- or high-altitude packages, guarding, lighting and transport dimensions. Any change must be confirmed in writing.

05How do you verify equipment before shipment?

Verification can include model and serial information, ordered configuration, visible condition, accessories, packing list and available test or inspection records. Third-party inspection or a customer factory visit can also be coordinated when agreed in advance.

06How long does delivery take?

Lead time depends on stock status, configuration, production schedule, destination and shipping method. We confirm an estimated production and dispatch window with each quotation rather than presenting one standard lead time for every machine.

07Do you arrange international shipping and documents?

We can coordinate export packing, inland transport, loading, commercial documents and international freight under the agreed Incoterm. Import clearance, duties and destination services are clarified before the order.

08What after-sales and spare-parts support is available?

Support is defined by the equipment and supply agreement and may include manuals, remote technical coordination, commissioning support and parts identification. For parts enquiries, send the machine model, serial number, part number and clear photos whenever possible.
